We can’t always have the camera ready and sometimes even when we do have the camera, we are so engaged in the moment that we decide not to freeze those moments. Yet, we need visual reminders to dream in sweet nostalgia.
What was your childhood like with your siblings? Perhaps, you had moments that you were unable to or didn’t want to capture on film (some of us remember those film days, don’t we?). See what we did for the Teng family few weeks ago in the photos below. No, we didn’t and can’t follow the beautiful siblings around every day looking for the perfect “Kodak moments”, but when they came to us for a photo session we made sure the essence of their love for one another, the joys they find in each other at this juncture in their lives, and the cozy sibling connection they share with one another was fully apparent.
Many years hence, the Teng children may not remember the day we took these photos, they may not even remember the photographer, but reading the narrative created by the photos is bound to evoke happy memories of their childhood, the essence of their lives as siblings.
